Massage Services
Massages can be booked at my home studio in Palms/Culver City, or they can be performed in the comfort of your own home, in the Los Angeles area.
To book a massage in my studio:
Prices are: $120/hr, $150 for 90 minutes.
Hours: 10am-9pm Monday-Friday
To book a house-call, a massage in the comfort of your own home, please contact me directly.
Prices start at $300 an hour, and are dependent on distance and commute time. Discounts given for back-to-back massages at the same location. I will bring everything needed (table, sheets, oil, etc.)
Health Coaching/Personal Training:
Health coaching and training services can be performed virtually, or in person at:
Virtual Training Prices: $45-$55 depending on membership In-person gym training: starts at $150/hr
All of my programs are completely personalized, to fit YOUR body and YOUR goals. After an initial assessment, I will give you an exercise prescription and health plan based on your needs. We will discuss health considerations, goals, and obstacles, and come up with a plan that works for you.
